Notice of Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Moapa Band of Paiute Indians Solar Generation Facility

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, along with the Moapa Band of Paiute Indians, Bureau of Land Management, Environmental Protection Agency, and Army Corps of Engineers, plans to gather information for an environmental impact statement for a proposed solar facility on the Moapa River Indian Reservation in Nevada, with public scoping meetings to be held.
