U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for Kaheawa II Wind Energy Generation Facility Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has reopened the comment period for Kaheawa Wind Power II, LLC's application for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, allowing for the authorization of take of endangered bird species at the proposed Kaheawa II Wind Energy Generation Facility on Maui, Hawaii.
