OSM Announces Information Collection Request for 30 CFR Part 732

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for review and comment on a proposed information collection for procedures and criteria related to state program submissions, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
