US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding on Petition to List Solanum conocarpum as Endangered
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 12-month finding on a petition to list Solanum conocarpum, also known as marron bacora, as endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. The Service has determined that listing S. conocarpum is warranted due to available scientific and commercial information, but it is currently precluded by higher priority actions to amend the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants.
