U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Palmyra Atoll National Wildlife Refuge Nonnative Rat Eradication Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft environmental impact statement for the nonnative rat eradication project at the Palmyra Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, outlining alternatives for eliminating nonnative rats from the Refuge.
