BOEMRE Releases Environmental Assessment for Oil and Gas Activities on Alaska Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) has made available an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for proposed oil and gas activities on the Alaska Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Department of the Interior regulations.
