Bureau of Land Management to Issue Appealable Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement
The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface estate in Alaska lands to Ahtna, Incorporated, following the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, with subsurface estate transfer to follow surface estate transfer.
