Incidental Take of Marine Mammals During Alaska Airport Construction and Hovercraft Operations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed authorization to incidentally take small numbers of northern sea otters by harassment during airport construction on Akun Island and hovercraft operation between Akun Island and Akutan, Alaska, as part of the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities' renewal application.
