BOEMRE Determines No Competitive Interest for Commercial Wind Lease Offshore Delaware

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) has determined that no competitive interest exists in acquiring a commercial wind lease in the proposed area offshore Delaware, following the submission of a single valid expression of interest by Bluewater Wind Delaware, LLC, and no additional responses to the subsequent notice.
