U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding on Petition to List Hermes Copper Butterfly as Endangered or Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that listing the Hermes copper butterfly as endangered or threatened is warranted, but is currently precluded by higher priority actions, and will add it to its candidate species list and develop a proposed rule once priorities allow.
