Bureau of Land Management to Issue Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Conveyance

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface estate in lands near Kodiak, Alaska, to Afognak Native Corporation, with the subsurface estate to be conveyed to Koniag, Inc. at a later date, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
