U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Conservation Plan for Willamette Valley National Wildlife Refuge Complex

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on a draft comprehensive conservation plan and environmental assessment for the Willamette Valley National Wildlife Refuge Complex, which includes three national wildlife refuges in Oregon, until a final decision is made.
