US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding on Petition to List Puerto Rican Harlequin Butterfly as Endangered

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 12-month finding on a petition to list the Puerto Rican harlequin butterfly as endangered, pending higher priority actions to amend the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants, and will add the species to its candidate species list upon publication of the finding.
