FCIC Proposes Amendment to General Administrative Regulations for Good-Performance Refunds

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is proposing to add a new subpart to its General Administrative Regulations to provide Good-Performance Refunds to producers who have demonstrated favorable crop insurance performance over a specified period, as authorized under the Federal Crop Insurance Act.
