Lincoln National Forest to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New Special Use Permit

The Lincoln National Forest will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental effects of issuing a new special use permit to the Village of Ruidoso for continued operation of their municipal water supply wells on the North Fork of Eagle Creek, with a focus on adaptive management and water conservation incentives.
