USDA Proposes Changes to Biobased Product Guidelines for Federal Procurement

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to update its guidelines for designating biobased products for federal procurement to align with changes to the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act (FSRIA) made by the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act (FCEA) of 2008, signed into law on June 18, 2008.
