FSIS Requests Comments on Rulemaking Petitions for Non-Ambulatory Disabled Livestock

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is seeking public input on two petitions that aim to improve the treatment of non-ambulatory disabled veal calves and other livestock at slaughter, submitted by the Humane Society of the United States and Farm Sanctuary.
