USDA and FDA Host Public Meeting on Food Contaminants

The US Department of Agriculture and the US Department of Health and Human Services are hosting a public meeting on February 22, 2011, to gather public comments on food contaminants and provide information on the upcoming Codex Committee on Contaminants in Food meeting in The Hague, Netherlands.
