BLM and USFS to Jointly Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Phosphate Mine and Reclamation Plan in Idaho

The Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service will jointly prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental impacts of a proposed phosphate mine and reclamation plan in Caribou County, Idaho, in compliance with federal environmental laws.
