USDA Expands Warehouse Licensing to Include Processed Agricultural Products

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is seeking public comments on a proposal to expand the types of processed agricultural products eligible for warehouse licenses under the United States Warehouse Act (USWA). Currently, FSA is accepting comments on the addition of processed products like apple juice concentrate to the list of eligible items.
