US Dairy Industry to Implement Assessment on Imported Products

The National Dairy Promotion and Research Program is implementing amendments to the Dairy Promotion and Research Order to fund promotion and research through an assessment on imported dairy products, with a mandatory rate of 7.5 cents per hundredweight of milk, as mandated by the 2008 Farm Bill.
