New Performance Standards for Salmonella and Campylobacter in Young Chicken and Turkey Slaughter Establishments

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has published new performance standards for Salmonella and Campylobacter in young chicken and turkey slaughter establishments, in response to comments from the public, and will implement them on a schedule to be announced.
