Revisions to FERC Form 556 and Qualifying Facility Certification Procedures

The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has updated its regulations for certifying small power production or cogeneration facilities, addressing corrections published in the Federal Register on March 30, 2010.
