DOE Seeks Extension of Information Collection Request for Invention Reporting

The Department of Energy (DOE) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend its information collection, currently under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, for three years, with the goal of maintaining DOE oversight of contractor invention reporting.
