DOE Releases 2011 Annual Plan for Ultra-Deepwater and Unconventional Natural Gas Research and Development Program

The U.S. Department of Energy has made available the 2011 Annual Plan for the Ultra-Deepwater and Unconventional Natural Gas and Other Petroleum Resources Research and Development Program, which outlines the program's objectives and activities for the upcoming year, and invites public comments on the plan, as required by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
