FERC Proposes Rule Requiring Ongoing Electronic Data Delivery from RTOs and ISOs

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is proposing a rule change to require regional transmission organizations (RTOs) and independent system operators (ISOs) to electronically deliver data related to electricity markets to FERC on an ongoing basis, with the goal of improving market surveillance and analysis, and ensuring just and reasonable rates.
