CFTC Finds TETCO-M3 Financial Basis Contract Does Not Perform Significant Price Discovery Function

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued an order stating that the TETCO-M3 Financial Basis contract traded on the IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. does not fulfill the required price discovery function, as mandated by the Commodity Exchange Act.
