CFTC Orders HSC1 Financial Basis Contract to Perform Significant Price Discovery Function on IntercontinentalExchange, Inc.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued an order finding that the HSC1 Financial Basis contract, traded on the IntercontinentalExchange, Inc., performs a significant price discovery function, as required by the Commodity Exchange Act.
