Record of Decision for the Modification of the Groton Generation Station Interconnection Agreement
The US Department of Energy has approved a modification to the interconnection agreement between Western Area Power Administration and Basin Electric Power Cooperative, allowing Basin Electric to increase power production at the Groton Generation Station in South Dakota.
