Caney River Wind Project, LLC and Other Companies Receive Exempt Wholesale Generator Status

Caney River Wind Project, LLC, along with Mesquite Solar 1, LLC, Copper Crossing Solar LLC, Copper Mountain Solar 1, LLC, Pinnacle Wind, LLC, Bellevue Solar, LLC, Yamhill Solar, LLC, Osage Wind, LLC, and Minco Wind II, LLC, have received exempt wholesale generator status from the relevant authorities, allowing them to sell electricity at a fixed rate to utilities.
