U.S. Department of Energy to Consider Enforcement Approaches for Regional Energy Efficiency Standards

The U.S. Department of Energy is seeking public comment on three possible approaches to enforcing regional energy efficiency standards for residential furnaces and central air conditioners and heat pumps, which were first published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2011.
