CFTC Orders Find No Significant Price Discovery Function for Mid-C Financial Contracts Listed on IntercontinentalExchange

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has determined that the Mid-C Financial Peak Daily and Mid-C Financial Off-Peak Daily contracts, listed on the IntercontinentalExchange, do not serve a significant price discovery function, as required by the Commodity Exchange Act.
