CFTC Finds Fuel Oil-180 Singapore Swap Contract Does Not Perform Significant Price Discovery Function

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued an order stating that the Fuel Oil-180 Singapore Swap contract traded on the IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. does not serve as a significant price discovery mechanism, following a review of comments and available information.
