U.S. Department of State Amends International Traffic in Arms Regulations as Part of Export Control Reform Effort

The U.S. Department of State is revising the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to align with the President's Export Control Reform (ECR) initiative, which aims to simplify export controls and improve licensing procedures for items moving between the Department of State and the Department of Commerce.
