30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Evacuee Manifest and Promissory Note

The Department of State is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection, the Evacuee Manifest and Promissory Note, within a 30-day timeframe. This request is in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
