US Rule Amends Immigration Regulations for Intercountry Adoption

The US Department of State has updated its regulations to include a new provision for sibling adoption under the Immigration and Nationality Act, allowing certain children to be adopted, regardless of age, and expanding the eligibility period for beneficiaries of a petition filed before 2012.
