National Futures Association Authorized to Process Applications for Retail Foreign Exchange Dealers and Associated Persons

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has granted the National Futures Association the authority to handle registration applications for retail foreign exchange dealers and their associated persons, as of September 10, 2010, and to oversee the registration process, including issuing temporary licenses and maintaining records.
