Extension of Import Restrictions on Archaeological Material from Italy

The U.S. Department of State has extended import restrictions on Italian archaeological material from the 9th century B.C. to the 4th century A.D. for an additional 5 years, until January 19, 2016, due to ongoing cultural heritage concerns. The restrictions were originally imposed in 2006 and were set to expire in 2011.
