Time for Payment of Certain Excise Taxes, and Quarterly Excise Tax Payments for Small Alcohol Excise Taxpayers

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is updating its regulations to simplify the payment process for small alcohol excise taxpayers, replacing temporary rules from 1995 and 2006. The agency is now accepting comments on the new rules, which can be found in a separate notice published in the Federal Register.
