FinCEN Invites Comments on Proposed Bank Secrecy Act Database Designation of Exempt Person Report

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public input on proposed data fields for a new Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) database, which will support the filing of Designation of Exempt Person (DOEP) Reports by financial institutions. The proposed database is designed to replace a paper-based system with an electronic reporting system.
