Federal Benefit Payments Under Certain District of Columbia Retirement Plans

The US Department of the Treasury has extended the public comment period for a proposed rule to amend the payment of benefits for District of Columbia teachers, police officers, and firefighters, until April 21, 2011, as part of the implementation of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
