Department of Labor Submits OSHA Information Collection Request for Shipyard Employment Standards Review

The Department of Labor is seeking OMB approval to continue using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Shipyard Employment Standard, a workplace regulation aimed at ensuring safe working conditions for shipyard employees, as part of its information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
