U.S. Department of Labor Issues Final Rule for YouthBuild Program

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration has issued a final rule to implement the YouthBuild Transfer Act of 2006, clarifying requirements for the program and setting standards for providers to assist at-risk youth in obtaining education and employment opportunities.
