Department of Labor Requests Public Comment on Affordable Care Act Information Collection

The Department of Labor is seeking public input on proposed changes to its information collection requirements for Affordable Care Act internal claims and appeals and external review procedures for non-grandfathered plans, which were first published in 2011.
