US Department of Labor Announces Public Briefings on Changes to H-2B Labor Certification Process

The US Department of Labor will hold public briefings and webinars to educate stakeholders about changes to the H-2B labor certification process, which will take effect on April 23, 2012, and to provide guidance on applying for H-2B temporary labor certifications under the new regulations.
