Extension of Comment Period for Proposed Revisions to Fair Labor Standards Act for Domestic Service

The U.S. Department of Labor is extending the comment period for proposed revisions to the Application of the Fair Labor Standards Act to Domestic Service until March 21, 2012, to give interested parties more time to submit comments, following an initial 14-day extension from February 24, 2012.
