CFTC and SEC Seek Comments on Study Mandated by Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are seeking public submissions on a study mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 719(b), which aims to develop standardized computer-readable algorithmic descriptions for complex financial derivatives.
