Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Employee Benefits Security Administration is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve the use of a new information collection form, 'Disclosures by Insurers to General Account Policyholders,' which will require insurers to disclose certain information to general account policyholders, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
