Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefits Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting OMB approval to continue using a specific information collection form, Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 Technical Release 91-1, which is sponsored by the Employee Benefits Security Administration, for a period of time as specified by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
