Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Independent Contractor Registration Information Collection

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of an existing information collection, OMB Control Number 1219-00040, Independent Contractor Register, which was last approved in 2009 as part of the Department of Labor's effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
